Wallace v Safeway Caravan Mart (1975) 3 QL 224

This case considered the sale of goods and some of the rules of ascertaining the intention of when title to goods pass from the seller to the buyer and whether or not the title in a caravan had passed to the buyer at the time that it was stolen before final work had been completed on it.
