Tsekos v Finance Corporation of Australia (1982) 2 NSWLR 347

This case considered the issue of a vendors duty of disclosure in relation to the sale of land and whether or not a vendor was under a duty to disclose to the purchaser of three properties, negotiations that had taken place with the local council in relation to their intention to resume the properties.
