Re Veron: ex parte Law Society of New South Wales (1966) 84 WN (Pt 2) (NSW)

This case considered the issue of overcharging and whether or not a solicitors conduct in relation to overcharging amounted to professional misconduct.  Furthermore whether or not a solicitor was required to give evidence and assist the court personally in the court enquiry in relation to the facts of the case and if his failure to do so had any bearing on the courts ultimate finding.
