Re Mayes and the Legal Practitioners Act (1974) 1 NSWLR 19

This case involved a solicitor in partnership with another solicitor who was charged with professional misconduct due to the trust account becoming deficient.  The issue was whether he was guilty of professional misconduct despite not having any knowledge of the irregularity of the trust account.
