Re Dingjan; ex parte Wagner (“Dingjan's Case”) (1995) 183 CLR 323

This case considered the corporations power and whether or not particular sections of the Industrial Relations Act could regulate a contract between union members who worked for a partnership who entered into a contract with a corporation.  The issue was whether the contract was a subject matter of the corporations power.
