Newman v Phillips Fox [1999] WASC 171; 21 WAR 309

This case considered the issue of confidential information and whether or not a law firm could be permanently restrained for acting for one of their clients on the basis that the firm employed a practitioner who had previously acted for the party who was seeking the injunction and had brought proceedings against the law firms client.
