McIntosh v FCT (1979) 79 ATC 4325

This case considered the issue of eligible termination payments and whether or not a lump sum payment made to man by his superfund shortly after his retirement was in consequence of the mans retirement and thus caught by the taxing provisions related to eligible termination payments.
