Konskier v Goodman Ltd [1928] 1 KB 421

This case considered the issue of negligence and trespass and whether or not the failure of a builder to remove rubbish from a neighbours property which sometime later caused damage to a new tenants property amounted to an actionable trespass by the tenant even though the tenant was not present when the initial trespass occurred.
