Bryden v Chief General Manager of the Health Department (1987) Aust. Torts Rep. 80-075

This case considered the issue of negligence and whether or not the department of health owed a duty of care to a person who was particularly vulnerable to injury from a vaccine that they were administering in schools to warn of the risks associated with the vaccine.
