Allied Mills Ltd v Gwydir Valley Oilseeds (1978) 2 NSWLR 26

This case considered the issue of the passing of risk when selling goods and whether or not a seller who delayed in the delivery of goods to a buyer was liable for their damage even though a contractual provision passed this risk to the purchaser at the time of entering into the contract.
