Muschinski v Dodds (1985) 160 CLR 583

This case considered the issue of constructive trusts and unconscionable retention of benefit and whether or not a woman could succeed in an action against a man for the larger share of a property with whom she had purchased as joint tenants based on the fact that she had contributed the largest share towards its purchase.
